Anouk's passion is to dance and to guide others into their freedom. As a facilitator she lovingly holds the space of the Soul Tribe Journeys with her feminine, playful and authentic nature.

For her, Ecstatic Dance was and is the most joyful way to freedom from within. The connection that is created with the body allows the soul to fully land in the body. Since Anouk has known Ecstatic Dance, she feels more at home within herself and on the earth. She loves to make this path of free embodiment available to many more people.

Soul Tribe is a project very close to Anouk's heart. She is totally in love with the combination of the heart-opening cacao, the dancing to ecstatic sounds and the connection that happens between people when they cuddle.

Lhamo is a lover of Cacao. His vision is to bring people together to connect their open hearts. Runnig his Cacaobliss webshop, he follows his mission of sharing the medicine of Cacao with many people and souls.

 

Since 9 years, he guides Cacao Ceremonies and Cuddling circles. Sensuality is part of his being and he loves to guide other humans to melt into the healing and nourishing touch with their bodies.

Ecstatic dance for me is a deep and ongoing personal love story - a story in which I'm in co-creation sometimes as DJ and other times as dancer and in both cases it's all about unity in diversity and becoming ONE on a journey of joy & sadness, softness & wildness, vulnerability & ecstasy, discomfort & growth, insecurity & confidence, fear & love, embodiment & bliss and so much more... ultimately if distilled to its essence or me it really is soul medicine.
